Excellent Getaway

The staff ensured I felt secure. Bobby, in particular, were great too make sure every detail was taken care of. The service I received was first class (it was really good). I felt completely at home .
I found that the hotel now operates with a cashless policy, not ideal.

My room was well decorated and very large. The river city views were fine. The rooms were beautifully appointed and I thoroughly enjoyed the space.

The location made the city so accessible for me. It is perfect for walking along Southbank. I could easily take in many dining experiences and walk to the Performing Arts Centre.

The hotel is close to many restaurants. The hotel is also a short walk to the city center. I found walking to the CBD to enjoy some shopping via the Botanical Gardens to be another treat (it was quite enjoyable).

The location was great, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
The room service proved unreliable. Items were missing from my order, and the food arrived cold. The lack of attention to detail detracted from my experience and wasn't something I expected at this hotel.

The fundamentals were acceptable. The bed was comfortable.
we booked adjoining rooms, however, they were connected through a shared vestibule with a partially clear glass door. it let in light , made it difficult to sleep. also, there were no door stoppers provided, so we had to improvise to keep the heavy doors open.

The location was great and gave easy access to areas of interest.
The room cleanliness was subpar. I noticed dust and some stains (on the carpet). One evening, I found the bed made with only one sheet, and it didn't cover the whole mattress. Resolving this issue took over an hour, inconvenient as I wanted to sleep.
